On Saturday, the mother-of-two was seen heading to a gym in Miami, alongside beau Alex Rodriguez. 

The pop star's well-toned arms were on full display.

Jennifer and Alex consistently enjoy workouts together.

And the couple, who began dating in February of last year, often support each other at one another's events.

When Alex works as a sports commentator, Jennifer can be spotted in the stands. When Jennifer rehearses or performs, her handsome love will film his lady off to the side.

Alex was previously wed to ex-wife Cynthia Scurtis for six years, between 2002-2008. They share daughters Ella, 10, and Natasha, 13.
